# Digital Health Strategy Implementation ## Overview This project encompasses the overarching goals and initiatives set forth in the **Digital Health Strategy 2022-2026**. It aims to improve health outcomes for all Zambians through a sustainable, secure, and innovative digital ecosystem that operates seamlessly. ## Objectives 1. **Strategic Initiatives**: Track and manage the primary strategic goals and milestones of the Digital Health Strategy. 2. **Documentation**: Central repository for all essential documents, guidelines, and reports related to the strategy. 3. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Manage and document interactions, feedback, and collaborations with key stakeholders involved in the strategy's implementation. 4. **Meetings**: Schedule, track, and document all general meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions related to the overarching strategy. 5. **Feature**: Identify, plan, and track new functionalities or enhancements introduced as part of the strategy. 6. **Support**: Provide a platform for assistance, clarifications, or queries related to the strategy's implementation. ## Key Milestones * Finalization and adoption of the Digital Health Strategy. * Establishment of sub-committees and working groups. * Development and deployment of key digital health tools and platforms. * Regular reviews and updates to ensure alignment with the strategy's goals. ## Collaboration This project serves as a hub for all departments, sub-committees, and stakeholders involved in the Digital Health Strategy.
