# Terms of Use for Zambia Knowledge Hub 

 Welcome to the Zambia Knowledge Hub, an initiative by the Ministry of Health, Zambia. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Knowledge Hub. Please read them carefully. 

 ## 1. Acceptance of Terms 

 By accessing or using the Knowledge Hub, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. 

 ## 2. Purpose and Use 

 The Knowledge Hub serves as a collaborative platform for Ministry of Health officials and stakeholders involved in digital health projects in Zambia. Unauthorized access or misuse is strictly prohibited. 

 ## 3. Intellectual Property 

 All content, features, and functionalities on the Knowledge Hub are the property of the Ministry of Health, Zambia, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited. 

 ## 4. User Responsibilities 

 As a user, you commit to: 

 *     Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. 
 *     Respect the rights and privacy of other users. 
 *     Avoid uploading harmful or malicious content. 
 *     Refrain from any disruptive activities that could harm the platform's integrity. 

 ## 5. Limitation of Liability 

 The Ministry of Health, Zambia, shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the Knowledge Hub. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties.

 The Knowledge Hub may feature links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience and do not signify endorsement. Users access these links at their own risk. 

 ## 7. Changes to Terms 

 The Ministry of Health, Zambia, may update these Terms as necessary. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance. 

 ## 8. Governing Law 

 These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Zambian courts.
